By using Academic Phoenix Protocol™ (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
Scope of Service
- The Diagnostic Assessment and Phoenix Recovery Plan provide expert analysis and recommendations.
- This is not ghostwriting or academic misconduct; you are responsible for producing your own work.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., acceptance, defense, publication) as results depend on factors beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and relevant materials via the Intake Form or email.
- Use recommendations ethically and in accordance with your institution’s policies.
- Meet timelines for submitting materials so we can meet delivery windows.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal: Begin Assessment — $147.

Confidentiality
Project materials are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your express consent.
Intellectual Property
- Your submitted materials remain yours.
- The Academic Phoenix Protocol™ methodology and deliverable templates remain our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the recommendations for your own academic work.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We provide professional judgment and recommendations “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
