• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., acceptance, defense, publication) as results depend on factors beyond our control.

• Provide accurate information and relevant materials via the Intake Form or email.
• Use recommendations ethically and in accordance with your institution’s policies.
• Meet timelines for submitting materials so we can meet delivery windows.

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal: Begin Assessment — $147.

Project materials are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your express consent.

• Your submitted materials remain yours.
• The Academic Phoenix Protocol™ methodology and deliverable templates remain our intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the recommendations for your own academic work.

We provide professional judgment and recommendations “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. Venue and jurisdiction will be determined by the laws of your state or ours, as applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
