1. Services Provided

Academic Phoenix Protocol™ provides diagnostic analysis and scholarly support for paused, stalled, or abandoned dissertations. Services include:

Doctoral Diagnostic Review: Written diagnostic report (5-7 pages) delivered within 5-7 business days
Doctoral Coaching, Tips, Resources & Support: Ongoing scholarly guidance and email-based support
Analysis of project viability and barriers
Evidence-based recommendations and recovery roadmap
Email support for clarification questions

We do not: Write dissertations, guarantee completion, or replace your dissertation committee.

2. Payment Terms

Doctoral Diagnostic Review: $147 (one-time fee)
Doctoral Coaching & Support: Customized pricing based on your needs
Payment processed securely through PayPal
All sales are final once work begins (see Refund Policy below)

3. Deliverables and Timeline

Diagnostic reports are delivered within 5–7 business days of payment and completed intake form submission. Coaching support is provided on a flexible schedule based on your needs. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods; clients will be notified.

4. Confidentiality

All client information and project details remain strictly confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

5. Intellectual Property

The diagnostic report and coaching materials provided are for your personal use. Academic Phoenix Protocol™ retains copyright on the methodology and report format. You may not redistribute, sell, or republish materials.

6. Limitations of Service

Important: Our service provides analysis, recommendations, and scholarly support—not guarantees. We cannot:

Guarantee your dissertation will be completed
Guarantee reinstatement at your institution
Intervene with university policies or committees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academic Phoenix Protocol™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for services.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once analysis work begins. Clients can review the service description and intake form before choosing to proceed with payment.

Why This Policy Exists

Academic Phoenix Protocol services are professional scholarly services. Once the diagnostic process or coaching begins, significant expert time is devoted to your unique situation and materials. For this reason, service fees are non-refundable after work starts.

Exceptions We Honor

Duplicate or Accidental Payment: If charged more than once in error, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
Unauthorized/Fraudulent Transaction: If your payment method was used without authorization, contact us and PayPal; we will cooperate fully and refund if confirmed.
Non-Delivery: If we do not deliver the written diagnostic within 7 business days of payment (unless another date was agreed in writing), you may request a refund.

How to Request a Refund
